Objective. The aim of the study is to simulate resonators for microwave digital active phased antenna arrays (DFAAR) in range, which will optimize parameters system more reliable direction finding with high reliability any aircraft. Method. use one-sided surfaces Mobius shape as makes it possible implement a new type form an integrated capacitance and two-turn inductance. such resonator make realize traveling or standing wave, depending on geometric dimensions. Result. innovative DFAAR p-i-n diodes change area capacitor two-frequency method pulse-code modulation. On basis resonators, wave at one position diodes, other. Such electromagnetic waves, transmitted by DFAAR, can track objects stealth mode.
